"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. The level of cleanliness was worse than any hotel we have ever been to. As soon as we walked into the room we could see debris on the floors. There was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans. There was white splatter all over the laundry machines and hardwood. "You will not get a restful sleep at this property I regret to say.. I had a room close to the elevator which created a racket all night long along with street noise. I switched rooms the next night but the street noise between the motorcycles and cars was just too much. It was like the drivers believed it was a NASCAR event. Other than the noise issues it really is a gem of a hotel. Rooms are nice. Beds were comfy. Restaurant quality was fine. But the noise is a deal breaker."

"The room I got was a Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff member did get me another room, thankfully. The staff were all very nice. "Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the room that were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. To start, they asked us to check in 30 minutes late to ensure cleanliness. Once we showed up we learned it was because a staff cleaner lost her phone and assumed it was in our room. (It wasn’t). "Room was fine, bed was comfortable, sink in bathroom was very small, desk area as we came into the room looked like it had spots of something that spilled on it, but it was where the laminate had been burned off or melted by something in many places. Room was clean ed daily and we received fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was not good as far as eggs and sausage. After the first day we just ate toast or cereal. That definitely needs some changes."
