"Was supposed to stay 2 nights. Mold in the bathroom. Got in late and went right to bed. Woke in the morning to find blood on the sheets near my feet, pulled the sheets off the bed to find someone else's sock. Spoke to manager who complained about the property himself and fully reversed our money."

"The entrance to the building was unexpectedly smelly, of cigarette smoke and urine. Once you meandered your way to the actual entrance of the property the smell wasn’t bad. We had no hot water. I tried emailing the property and they did not respond or fix the hot water which meant cold showers for two days. Beacon is a cute town. The room was quiet. "Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. "Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. "The maids on check out day stayed in the hall talk starting like 8:00am waiting for people to leave so I didn’t get to sleep in."

"Clean room, helpful staff. We only slept there one night. Was there maybe 8 hours. The vents were comfortable. The towels need to be updated and we're not as white as I'd like them to be. A bit gray/worn. Other than that it fit our needs."
