They cant even provide a basic service... no kettle in room no iron in room... if you want these it be extra charges... Not worth a money Bathrooms looks very old pictures is misleading

Es un hotel que ha conocido mejores tiempos. En las habitaciones no llega la wifi, hay que buscar los enchufes para cargar el movil tuve que desenchufar una lampara. Del ascensor a la habitacion un pasillo inteminable. El hotel en general le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento. La piscina y el personal de restauracion muy bien, pero la recepción y la caja un problema, no resuleven nada, hubo un problemilla con una cosa que cobraron de mas y fue un dolor resolverlo. La situacion del hotel es muy buena y la playa tambien, y el restaurante en el que comimos la comida estaba buena. Con un poquito de mantenimiento yseria un buen hotel, pero te deja un poco decepcionado

Great location, nice and friendly staff, food was okay (below average), but it’s very disappointing to see such property sooooo outdated: toilets are not working properly, AC very old and not blowing any air, bed and sheets are very old and the shower barely dripping water. It needs a renovation ASAP.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional with something for everyone. Beach was a stone throw away and there were multiple restaurants in the locality. I would recommed this hotel. However the only downside to my stay was that my room faces a road for pedestrians and everynight without fail we were woken up. Did not feel fully rested the following morning.

L’hôtel ne peut posséder 4 étoile. L’hôtel sont classement est 3 étoiles. A partir de ce critère j’aurais pas choisi cette hôtel. Problème toilette wifi un bruit infernal infernal,le personnels peu compétent dans sont domaine. L’hôtel doit mentionner 3 étoiles

Le personnel est sympathique en général. À l'accueil le personnel fait bien son travail avec un beau sourire bienveillant. Par contre la femme de ménage, elle était très invasive. À l'arrivée elle toque puis elle voulait entrer pour vérifier je sais plus quoi . Le dernier jour elle toque à 10 h pour nous dire c fini les vacances, alors que on avait droit jusqu'à 11h. Beaucoup de moustiques on est rentrées avec pleins de picures. Et la climatisation ne marche pas . Ça aurait pu nous éviter d'ouvrir le balcon et de se faire massacrer par les moustiques.. la chasse d'eau fonctionne pas bien. Je reviendrai pas.

Depuis l'accueil de la réception à notre arrivée jusqu'au moment du départ, tout est fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres récemment rénovées, plusieurs restaurants à notre disposition pour le petit déjeuner , autour de la piscine pour le déjeuner et le soir buffet ou pour varier on peut se rendre dans 3 restaurants Italien, poissons ou marocain. Les buffets sont très copieux et offrent un choix importants pour tous les goûts, le personnel est attentif et au petit soin .Les jardins sont particulièrement bien entretenus avec art et les plantes , arbres et très nombreux pots de fleurs sont un ravissement .L'hôtel a gardé le charme des hôtels typiques, loin des standards de chaines impersonnelles, on a l'impression d'être un hôte des propriétaires. Le soir l'animation est variée et de qualité, l'équipe de sport sympathique, une plage privée avec de vrais matelas confortables.Nous y retournerons certainement.

Great experience
Had a great time here. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities including a fridge/freezer. It had a good-sized balcony with a small table and two chairs. The staff were very helpful and organized two excursions for us. The hotel is on the seafront and has a lovely promenade for walks.
