Cari Hotel di Souss-Massa

"Resort is beautiful, staff is very helpful! The only complaint I have is the food is HORRIBLE!"

"Belle terrasse, piscine, déjeuner excellent"

"Remote ish location. But they do provide a free shuttle service to the beach and town. Pool was kept clean, 24 hour gym. Food was good, good variety, but not necessarily extensive. Stayed for 2 nights during August, Nice, clean and welcoming hotel."

"Staff was so friendly, helpful and professional. Room service is excellent. The whole experience at this hotel was perfect. It was totally woth it. The access to the beach is what I always wanted from a beachfront hotel. Beach beds and chairs are always available. The Spa is also excellent and I would recomend it. I can't wait to book my next stay with them. Thanks for the experience."

"Extremely slow poor service Multiple issues with toilets Staff unresponsive"

"Hotel très propre, personnel aimable et serviable, bons équipements , accès plage pratique. Hotel calme , chambres bien insonorisées Par contre pas de bouteille d eau de quoi faire un thé ou café dans la chambre"

"Kamer ruim en volgens verwachting. Niet echt in inspirerende wijk, maar voor een nacht prima. Wel op loopafstand van strand en koninklijk paleis. Ontbijtbuffet uitgebreid. Personeel vriendelijk en transfer naar vliegveld snel geregeld. "

"we booked 3 times same week with this property in general the property is nice not loud pool area really good.rooms could be a bit more cleaner floors felt dusty .if we wanted toilet tissues or something sorted would take ages to sort out.also we even booked directly with them at a higher rate for two single beds and pool view beds were joined together bacony had bugs everywhere.so room service good be better .only food service where we pay food came quick.also if you book 3 times in same week...
