Overall, we had a great experience at the resort and truly enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, relaxing, and the staff were generally warm and welcoming. One area that could use improvement is the attention given to non-alcoholic beverage service. We noticed that guests ordering wine and alcoholic drinks received much more attentive service, with waiters frequently checking on them and ensuring their glasses were never empty. However, when ordering soft drinks or other non-alcoholic beverages, there seemed to be much less attention and follow-up. We also tried the Moroccan restaurant upstairs after being told reservations needed to be made 3 days in advance. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not very memorable and the food was not what we expected. During our meal, we even saw two tables leave without eating because they were disappointed with the food. That said, the overall experience was still very enjoyable, and with a few improvements, this resort could truly be exceptional.

White beach exceeded our expectations. Friendly greeting in amazing huge reception area Beautiful grounds running down to promenade & amazing long, wide “surfers paradise” beach. Room was large and spotless. Great bathroom / shower. Good WiFi. Dining / all inclusive was fantastic - food was top class both in options & quality. Incredible meat dishes, lots of fish and seafood options. Moroccan style food available every day and desserts made as you watched A la Carte meal at Azha was great - they really looked after us with petals on the table & a cake for my wife’s birthday. It was so peaceful & quite around the pool area, perfect for R&R. There were activities for those who wanted them but they didn’t disturb the peace. The gates open onto the seafront promenade - its one hour walk to Taghazout village but so worth it... or just stroll on the wide sandy beach. Fantastic !! There are two large indoor bars. One holds entertainment every night. We enjoyed one dance night and the Moroccan show but you could go every night if you wished. Bars had OK range of local cocktails and drinks from 10am poolside to midnight in main bars. it felt like proper all inc. Poolside Food Court has tasty snacks all day inc delicious freshly made pizzas. The only thing we didn’t like was the tour manager Abdul. He pounced on us at check in & later wanted cash only for tours we ended up booking for under half the price on line. Overall: Amazing friendly hotel - we loved it.

Not a 5-star experience – very disappointing stay I stayed at Pickalbatros White Beach Resort Taghazout with my partner from 2nd–5th April 2026, and the experience was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned, with visible hygiene issues including hair strands left behind. The room itself was in a dilapidated condition and nowhere near 5-star standards. There were also serious safety concerns. Some lights produced a burning smell when switched on, suggesting faulty wiring and a potential hazard. This is completely unacceptable. The bathroom was not properly maintained. The shower was broken and only fixed after repeated complaints, and the shower area light did not work at all during our stay despite being reported multiple times. Service was inconsistent and at times felt discriminatory. During lunch, we were told to get our own water as it was “self-service,” yet the same waiter was serving and chatting with another (white) couple. The only positives were the pool and the beach, although the beach is not private and the hotel has no dedicated sunbeds. Overall, this hotel does not meet 5-star expectations in cleanliness, maintenance, safety, or service.

This hotel was perfect. Clean throughout. Fantastic food and restaurants. Great bar and entertainment area. Lovely outside areas and loungers. But best of all...the staff. They were always happy, polite and helpful. I have dietary needs, the catering staff went out of their way at every meal to help and advise me, even cooking from scratch portions (just for me). A fantastic holiday thanks to a brilliant hotel.

The staff were absolutely amazing and worked so hard to please the guests...and always with a smile. Our room was serviced beautifully and the whole hotel, inside and out was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for a walk along the beach or easy access to hop on the local bus into Agadir. We would definitely recommend to others.

Ik heb het hotel in oktober 2025 bezocht in verband met een verjaardag. Ik heb een hele fijne tijd gehad: De hotelkamer met zwembad was geweldig. Het uitzicht en de ligging van het hotel aan het strand was fantastisch. Het eten was redelijk goed. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam van de receptie tot aan het bagagepersoneel. Ik wil in het bijzonder Fatima(schoonmaak), Jamal en Amine(baggage) en Ismael(handdoeken).

Tout était très bien. Nous avons juste trouvé les espaces de restauration très froid aussi bien pour la décoration (on se croirait dans une cantine) que pour la température.

Large resort. Very comfortable rooms. Very close to sea with great beach and surf. Don’t expect calm seas; it’s a surf resort. Staff very helpful. Facilities very good. Not a lot else in the area at the moment, but everything catered for in hotel if you’re looking for a great place to relax and unwind. Agadir close enough to visit. Souk worth a trip.

The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views and well-maintained surroundings. However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. Despite being advertised as heated, the indoor pool was not warm at all, and the outdoor pools were also too cold to use — which was a real letdown, especially considering the resort’s “Ultra” package description. It was also unclear what made this an Ultra All-Inclusive experience compared to a regular all-inclusive stay. We were surprised to find that certain alcoholic drinks still required additional payment, which didn’t align with what was advertised. Overall, while the setting and scenery were lovely, the amenities and clarity around the “Ultra” inclusions did not meet expectations.

After reading some other reviews we were concerned about our holiday. However anything we had read was completely unfounded. We had a fabulous stay here and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and helpful and reception were extremely on the ball when we did have a small issue and it was rectified immediately. The whole place appeared spotless and our room was maintained with no complaints whatsoever. The food and drinks were in abundance with lots of choice. If we were to hopefully provide constructive critisicm we would maybe suggest to update towels and bathrobes - whilst perfectly adequate they are well used and becoming a little too worn out just to maintain the “look” of the hotel. Also maybe open up a little more outdoor seating for the restaurants and whilst we ate outside all the time which was our choice and was great, it did look a little crowded inside, or maybe swop Alfredo and al a carte restaurant over ? The animation team seems to be busy but we did not participate - our choice. The sunbeds were plentiful and the leather sofas made great chill out seating - fantastic idea. Would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay away

Hôtel magnifique

L'hôtel est magnifique, d'une propreté incroyable, les chambres confortables bien agencé, les 6 piscines et le jardin de 8 hectares est divin lumières jets d'eau transat canapé....la restauration se fait sur deux restaurants buffets avec a chaque repas une assiette fait par un chef , le restaurant traditionnel zaha est a essayer absolument les saveurs vous régalent les papilles..le personnel est aux petits soins du monsieur du ménage , a celui qui s'occupe des serviettes, les serveurs ...Amine sa gentillesse et son sourire, l'accès direct a l'océan. Le village n'est pas tryloin , agadir a 25 MNS Tout est parfait, on reviendra c'est certain
