And the room amenities (shampoo, soap, lotion, coffee+tea, etc.) were also nice. The continental breakfast was pretty average, no hot breakfast items besides the coffee/tea provided, but we’re not picky so it worked for us."

"Never saw any staff so can't answer that. My only complaint about the room is that the bed is WAY too high. It was difficult for me to get on it. Honestly... if I'd known the bed was that high I might not have taken the room. I can't understand why motels have beds like that. Do they not consider that all people are not tall enough for them?"

"We loved our stay at the Briar Barn Inn. It was a perfect stay for us and the out of town guests for our son's wedding at the Grove. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean and elegant . I loved all the gas fireplaces and beautifully decorated sitting rooms throughout the Inn. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. A simple , but delicious continental breakfast was perfect!"
