"We had an awesome stay at Lemon Garden. Great thanks to Manos who really helped out with lots of useful tips including restaurants and beaches nearby we should go to. He suggested an amazing breakfast place and also arranged a taxi for us which was very kind. The place itself is bang in the centre of Heraklion old town and a walk to the Morosini Fountain. Highly recommended."

"The location was great and the place was nice and clean. However we didn’t receive the access code until minutes before arrival. Very poor communication. Spent a good day stressing if we would be able to get in our room as no one would respond. Also was so-pose to get a hot tub and there was not one. The hotel is on a street with no cars aloud. So when they gave us the address it took us to a nearby parking garage so we thought we had the wrong address. Went in circles on one way streets...

"Room was large, air conditioning worked well, and our one meal at the restaurant was fine. We were only there for 1 night, arriving late in the evening and left very early the following morning to catch a 6am flight. The proximity to the airport along with an advertised 24 hour airport shuttle was the main purpose for choosing this hotel. We found the floors of our room dirty, and the throw pillows on the bed had a musty smell. When we arrived with our party of 3 and 6 pieces of luggage, we...

"On y passé que 1 nuit et peut être c'est pour ça qu'on a eu une chambre sans balcon juste à côté de la voie rapide... Donc pas de vue sur mer, même en se penchant, chambre peu lumineuse dans le renfoncement de l'établissement, et du bruit de voitures toute la nuit... Attention, la photo avec la piscine est trompeuse: il s'agit bien de la piscine de l'établissement mais les chambres que vous voyez derrière - avec les volets bleus- font partis d'un autre établissement !"

"Clean space overall Hot tub had a strange smell to it so unfortunately didn’t use it Front desk was closed upon arrival and departure due to late night/early morning arrivals and departures so we was asked to leave 2 euros for nightly “environmental fee”, we left the 2 euros as asked and was still charged on our invoice for the fee. I know 2 euros isn’t much but taking the cash and still charging us is not right in our opinion Great centralized location to restaurants and shops"

"Pænt værelse med lækkert nyt badeværelse. Jeg fik dog kun gjort rent to gange på en uge. Aircondition virkede ikke, hvilket var rigtig ærgerligt, men jeg fik selvfølgelig pengene tilbage som jeg havde betalt for aircondition. Rigtig sødt personale og dejlig stille pool område. Jeg kan sagtens finde på at bo på dette hotel igen, så længe de har fået fikset aircondition. "

"Loved the balcony spacious area with seating. The room was very clean, staff excellent. Very centrally located. Tiniest shower/bathroom ever, but it worked out for the price. There was a very adequate kitchen to fix meals. Awesome simple place that was affordable."
