"A couple of minor things to note from the hotel description; They do not operate an airport shuttle bus, and there is no car parking on site. However, there is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely perfect as far as I am concerned. It is small enough as to never seem overcrowded, even at full capacity. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in when away from home. "The hotel is absolutely amazing! The lobby has a huge bar instead of a checkin counter. You are able to sit on a comfortable couch and the staff comes to you for checkin. Service is just outstanding and the rooms are large and extremely clean. Breakfast is out of this works and the hotel has a beautiful beach. Located in one of the most exclusive towns, Elounda in Crete."

"The staff were the magic oart of the trip,amazingly engaging young team at tge Sail in bar,tge waiters at Ariadje were terrific,the sommelier was qomderful. We qere greated by Anna Maria at the entrance of carpark. Everything was wonderful. I woukd strongly suggest the tip,we had a mountain view room qhich was fab as it was recently renovated. Ask for a renovated room. The mountain view rooms view qise are lovely as they get the evening aun ai are perfect for a sundowner "

"Having just spent a week with my daughter at this amazing hotel, we cannot praise it enough. Everything was perfect. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and a room upgrade, and the rest of the stay followed suit. Couldn’t fault the facilities and everything was immaculately clean. Really well located in Crete and great front of house staff that were happy to help and provide suggestions. A week of luxury and couldn’t recommend enough!
