"I stayed at the AP Aeroporto Porto while waiting for my Camino group to arrive the next day. It was a little difficult to find and from the outside it looked shabby. However, once inside, I found helpful employees, a clean room, a great bar with a good menu, and shuttle service back to the airport the next morning after a breakfast that was included. As a woman traveling solo, I felt extremely safe. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....

"Not a 4 star hotel. Super dated old hotel and they don’t even try to maintain anything. When something breaks down, they don’t even try to fix it. We came into a hot room and the AC was not blowing, and they tried to gaslight me. Make me feel like I’m crazy. But we booked two rooms and the other room the AC was blowing just fine. They made it seem like we didn’t know how to use an AC and they did not change the room until the third time we asked. The balcony area looked really gross. Everything...

"Location is perfect, you can walk to all the major spots, cafes and shops. Room was spacious and washroom was decent. The extra touch of wine was nice too. But the room was not cleaned well everyday. Went to the beach on our second day and the floor had sand even 2 days after. I did throw some of the sand from our shoes in the trash can but couple of days later it was still there, they didn’t bother properly emptying it. The worst was the air conditioning stopped working in our last night....
