"To the senior management of Palm Plaza Marrakech Hotel & Spa, I am writing to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your property. The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time. You have a fantastic team, and these individuals are a true credit to your hotel. I highly recommend recognizing both Abdelilah and Abdel for their outstanding contributions to the guest experience. "I came to stay with my daughter for her birthday. The experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly, a massive thank you to Sara, Loco and Spoofy for keeping us entertained and looked after. These guys all work super hard and it was easy to see how much the three of them love their jobs. The food was always delicious and plentiful. Thank you again for another great stay. I look forward to coming back soon."
