"This place was not a resort. It was a hotel. The amenities were basic. The decor and condition was basic. The restraints were basic as well. I will not come back nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone. Hilton is a way better option."

"The construction that was going on throughout the day was extremely loud and disruptive while trying to rest on vacation. We were not notified when we booked that there would be construction on the floors. We were notified just before vacation, but not in detail of what we could expect. The restaurants on property has a very poor selection of food for non- seafood eaters. The staff were always friendly. The pool attendance did not adhere to the posted rules of removing "saved" chair every few...

"We always choose this hotel, it is our favorite because of the location, amenities, staff, food and really everything. Everything is always incredible and immaculate and we will always come back. A special thank you to Paige who helped us switch rooms so we could be more comfortable with our baby and even gave us a little gift bag to take home. She was amazing!!"

"The entire property is recently renovated with very tasteful Hawaiian decor with lovely shades of blues and splashes of island colour. Rooms are very comfortable and the newly updated property shines in all areas. Most rooms have balconies comfortable for 2 chairs. A very good choice in the middle of the Waikīkī action and only one block from the beach. "

"I stayed there many times convenient to the airport and they do have a shuttle It’s an older property quite Spartan but if you’re looking for a high-end property, you might consider staying somewhere downtown"

"Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken."
