"Nice property- rooms are a good size. Temperature for the shower was way off- wouldn’t hold a consistent temperature. Parking spots are very narrow, and disappointed we had to pay for overnight parking even though we were staying there. Staff was very friendly."

"Stay was easy and very enjoyable. The room was clean, dated but the highlight was the balcony. We ate takeout and breakfasts with a great view but could’ve cooked with the well prepared kitchen. The bed however was definitely lopsided and worn and pillows not too great either. The beach chairs included I would skip on and just rent at a store. Very easy location and parking for all the activities in Kona."

"The location of Building 2 is ocean front, so your view is extraordinarily beautiful and amazing, spending hours on the lanai viewing the ocean and waves every morning and evening. The unit is equipped with essentials to help make your visit to Kona more affordable if you eat from the unit- fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, plates, pans, essentials, etc. Wifi/internet worked well. The long entry keylock code can be changed to an easier 4 digit personalized code by the front desk...

"In the heart of downtown, lots of restaurants and shops. Right on the beach. Room had everything needed for cooking, AC worked very well"

"My room was always cleaned well and was accommodating to my 6 month old baby. The pool was nice and well kept. The only small complaint could be that the customer service was hit or miss on the friendliness. All the guys at the valet were nice and fast. If you want a drink at the pool you’re gonna go up to the bar and get it yourself. Food at the hotel was so so. Better to eat off property. Other than that it was a great hotel stay."

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
