"Hotel Kenney Rideau shines by its friendly and wonderfully helpful staff and it's incredible food menu! We felt very welcome, as if we had known them for years. Their evening and brunch menus are very generous and of incredible quality. Certain rooms are showing their age but they are a work in progress. We were nonetheless very comfortable and would go again."

"The room itself was nicely decorated. The reason I only gave it an OK rating and not good, was because it advertised as having full, hot breakfasts included. It does not. It does not even have a coffee maker in the room, you have to cross the parking lot to the office to get a coffee in the morning. The hot breakfast is nonexistent, you only get a muffin and a granola bar as their breakfast. I felt it was misleading and not as advertised. So unfortunately, we had to go elsewhere for breakfast...

"Lovely property and setting. Very welcoming host. Very nice breakfast. Only shotfalls were very minor - things that may not have been considered unless one had actually stayed in the rooms. E,g. Over sink in bathroom a small (maybe glass) shelf under mirror to place toothbrushes, paste, makeup, deodorant type things would have been appreciated. A cup holder and glass, for those of us who take meds. Also, we who read to go to sleep at night would be grateful for a headboard and a small night...

"The front door didn't lock probably so at night u were half awake BC of that. Beds were new but the carpet was still the 70s and stained. It's a place where u would stay once and leave. Pay the extra to stay at the big ones. Manger was awesome and great to deal with. All in all it's a place to stay away from."
