It would have been helpful to get an Information in advance that an approx arrival time would have been needed but received an Information instead that they...

"Wir waren leider im ersten Stock zur Felsenwand hin. Tagsüber war es dunkel und nachts wegen der Beleuchtung vor unserem Fenster hell erleuchtet. Außerdem waren bei der Ankunft und frühmorgens Arbeiter vor unserem Fenster, was auch nicht für Wohlgefühl im Zimmer gesorgt hat"
