Yes, you could hear the train, but it was not that noisy and actually quite quaint. "Welcoming staff and nice location. But the property is very old and the rooms have a very upcycled, refurbished vibe. For a pricey hotel, I would have expected a bit nicer. Location is pretty, cool boardwalk with shops. But the noise from traffic, boats, and trains begins around 6 am and is impossible to sleep through. Valet only parking is also kind of cumbersome. Overall a decent stay. "

"This was our second time staying here and we chose it again because the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the valley service is quick and easy, the pool is actually warm, and the rooms are spacious.
