"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. "My 2nd stay in this hotel. Very convenient location . Excellent customer service. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants. Arrived on a Mother’s Day weekend so it was pretty busy, and the weather outside is extremely hot, humid. Did not get a good view but what is there to view anyway? It’s all surrounded by either the street or another building. Come to think of it…the furnishings need to be upgraded, and the curtains… where they originally white turned grey?"

"This hotel is cute and staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the building had so many issues from the day we checked in. Lost power for a long time, we were asked to pack up in the middle of the night to be transferred to Seda. This was on the day we just checked in. We already unpacked so it was such an added stress to repack everything in the middle of the night. Then we waited for a long time in the lobby to be shuttled to Seda but they found a room for us to stay for the night, then we we were able to stay until a few days before our check out, AGAIN, we were told to pack up due to more power outage issues and sent to Seda. At that point, we were so done with all their power issues and happy to leave (though not happy that we have to pack, unpack, pack and unpack repeatedly during the a couple of weeks' stay. There were a lot of sections in the hotel lobby to sit in but they told us not to sit in a certain area. We found that annoying. We're guests and the area has lots of tables and seats, why can't they extend some hospitality to let us sit there. "

"Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous"
