"Being on the 5th floor without an elevator and being over 75 years of age was not a pleasant experience. Breakfast beginning at 8am was late by other hotel standards. Hard to find staff when it was time to check out. Not up to the standard of most 2 and 3 star US hotels. Disappointed."

"Have stayed here multiple times. The renovations are great — beds comfortable, new bathrooms, and bright and cheerful. Easy to access off the highway and easy to drive centre of town and ferry to Quebec City. Coffee machine in room but great coffee machine in the lobby and a good restaurant steps from front door."

"I did not like that as a Hilton member the treatment was not with courtesy they were cold"

"There was construction ongoing. Told we would see scaffolding but no warned about noise. There was quite a bit of noise through the day, which affected out enjoyment of the room."

"Loved the location, room was big and clean and well tended too. Gym was also good and food was lovely. Also decent parking options. Didn’t like how popular the hotel was as it took ages to get into the bar and our diner reservation was 20 mins late. Decided to go elsewhere on the second night as there are plenty of other options just outside the door. Overall a good experience. But probably not worth the price tag."

"My room was not serviced (someone dropped towels - but room was not cleaned after my first night stay). Little effort by front desk staff when I was calling and asking about possible options for early check in, even around 15:30 when standard check in was advertised for 16:00 (so 30 mins before check in - it still took a lot of questions on my part to get the staff to finally answered that their was a room ready). Overall a nice hotel !"

"This is not a hotel and the name can be a little bit confusing. It is an apartment building where all the apartments are on short-term location. Well-located and clean, the place is still under construction. They had issues with the AC while I was there but they resolved it the same day."
