Clean room. Perfect location! Staff was so nice and helpful. Would stay here again. Great for kids

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Housekeeping service is poor. We had to wait for few hours just to be given towels. However staff are still friendly. Room has a great view but noticed some dust on tables. And bathroom soaps aren’t filled properly. We were given a bottle of empty hair conditioner.
