"you could rate this place a 2 or a 5 star. 2 if you need clean modern place. 5 if you want to see freighters go through locks. Room is dated n weird smell. The place is pretty old. Also can't check in past 10 PM. Big plus which is from balcony you see freighters go through locks. If you want to drink a beer n see freighter going by this is the place for you."

"There is no elevator so having heavy luggage is a challenge. My bedding was stained and dirty but the staff were quick to swap that out. There was a gap in my door and I could hear everything in the hall. The bathrooms are 30 years old or so they feel that way. The person below us was smoking weed. We could smell it all night long. It ended around 3 am. The good. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was pumping."

"The property was so inviting and cheerful with all the flowers and plants. It made it feel less generic. The staff was helpful and the rooms and property were clean and well maintained. I had a standard double Queen room and it included a fridge, microwave and coffee pot.There were no issues requesting a kettle. The pool and playground were great, especially since I was travelling with kids. They wished they could spend more time there! The back garden was a nice little oasis with picnic tables...

"The laundry is not easy to use. You have to download an app on your phone and sign up with all your personal information including a credit card information. Then you have to pay $5 to get a card and deposit some money. Only After all these trouble works, you could pay on the washing machines. But the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The front desk lady is so patient and helped me solve all the problems. She is just great!👍👍👍"

"We had specific issues because of the age of the room. The toilet was very low, was not tight and rocked and would not fill properly. One of the bedside lights which was hardwired would not stay on. Wiring issue? We were advised to ask for a newer room."

"Great location! There is a little electric cart that takes you up and down from the Hotel to the Falls. The restaurant food is very overpriced in my opinion. The bed was pretty comfortable. Only thing is that the bathroom floor needed more cleaning but over all the room was clean. The housing and front desk are very efficient. They answer the phone and come when you call. Thanks! "We love staying there, but it's only about 2 or 3 years since the stayed there. This visit The TV was busted, the shower curtain wasn't working.There was just so many little things in the room that could have been fixed.We were a little disappointed. I just feel like the hotel just needs a little bit of sprucing up or a makeover. But the staff are always lovely and the rooms are always clean."
