"I will never ever stay here again!! Internet didn’t work, TV didn’t work, phone cords were cut so as I try to call the front desk I had to lookup a number and call ! As I’m trying to call the front desk a German Cockroach crawls across the dresser under the TV ! Yes I have a picture of it !! They changed our room !! No one from Thursday- Tuesday ever cleaned our room !! I was in Buffalo because my mom passed away this was the last thing I needed!! Also only 2 towels were in the room for 2 people! So everyday we had to ask for clean towels to take a shower! I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have three or four towel for two people! Or that the room wasn’t cleaned daily!!"

"Was not my first time staying there and nothing inside the rooms have changed over the years. Could use a little update. The HVAC in the room was very noisy. Otherwise, clean and served the purpose."

"The front desk staff is great! The rooms are clean. The kitchen staff not as friendly. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work. The microwave plate didn’t spin & the heat/ac made a loud clanking noise. Over all I love staying at Sleep Inn hotels. I picked this one specifically because of my previous great experience with them. "

"Great hotel, staff was very welcoming, our hotel room was very spacious, larger than most hotel rooms, they have a great indoor pool and complimentary breakfast included in the morning. Highly recommended!"
