"This is a really big restaurant with so many travelers from different countries. Everything goes smoothly during check in and out. Convenient transportation but still very hard to find everywhere, that’s due to this complicated area. The restaurant is fine, but next time I would like some quiet area. Unlike many same standard restaurants, they didn’t offer bottled water and cosmetic products."

"The hotel is in a residential neighborhood and is only a 5-minute walk from the train station. It is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The bathroom has a washer, but no dryer. You have to hang your clothes on the clothesline on the balcony or in the bathroom and turn on the bathroom fan. It takes at least an hour and a half for your clothes to dry in the bathroom. We were there in August, so our clothes dried fastest outside. It was a great experience for us. The only thing I didn't like was that they served the same two breakfasts every day. It's not bad if you’re staying for a weekend or less than four days, but it’s not ideal for those staying more than a week unless you don't mind eating the same thing every day. The staff was very respectful and welcoming."

"We arrived late to check in to our room from our flight. Check in process was simple and easy. The only issue we came across was not having many food options due to how late it was and our kids have allergies. Very easy and convenient walk to USJ and City Walk. The building is a little bit old but they do maintain it well and it’s clean."
