"The staff was wonderful and very helpful with luggages, considering there are stairs up and down. Best to take an Uber taxi to avoid hauling luggages from the bus station. We had also enjoyed our ocean view balcony a lot and would sit out there in the late evening to read or have some something to drink. All in all, Windsor HG was a beautiful choice for us in Jiufen. Great location."

The home was fully stocked with everything we needed and the extra food and drinks were appreciated. The only issue we had was that the location on Google Maps was not accurate and we got lost trying to find it the first time; however afterwards we realized it was actually in a great spot not too far from the Old Street. "Check-in was quick & easy, greeted by the friendly hosts & a furry one too. Parking is free on-site but only after 1pm on check-in day till 12pm on check-out day Room was cosy & comfy with an amazing view. Had a nice seating area inside & a verendah outside to soak up the views. Room is also clean-ish (except for the high ceilings but understandably), came thoughtfully equipped with everythg we might need. Would definitely recommend for a cosy stay in 九份 even though it's 430 over steps...
