"Overall it was a quiet stay. The bathroom fixtures were loose on the faucet and shower faucet. The shower creaked as well. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. "

"It’s definitely a hotel for families with small children. The pool area has a little water area for kids, but nowhere for the adults to sit in the pool. There was a lot of garbage outside the hotel area. The staff at the front desk weren’t very nice, but the breakfast was really good."

The least theh could do is give me half if not sll my money back. I wont be staying there again so a free sray wil do no good. I made a complaint and nothing was done. "Upon check in, we found the rooms to be very dirty. There were stains on the duvet covers, stains on the walls and stains on the carpets. There were stains in the stairwell on the carpet as well. We bought snacks from the 3rd floor vending machines and discovered that they were out of date and stale. No bed bugs though, and the staff was friendly. "

"The breakfast was goood and had multiple choices. The room was clean but had a smell like old cigarette smoke. But turing on the fan setting helped. The door sticks so we had to be sure it locked/ closed completely coming in or out. Good exercise room"

"My 2 little guys and I traveled from Vermont. Breakfast was great and tasty. Options for everyone. Pool was nice and clean Room was huge and super clean!! We will be back!! Staff was very nice even though my kiddos were stealing all the free cookies! "
