Hotel dengan Bar di Air Terjun Victoria

"Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!"

"We loved the apartment! It’s was beautiful, clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!"

"I loved my stay. I only spent 2 nights but the room was spacious and clean. Beautiful pool area with dining. Staff where incredibly welcoming. I would stay again. Only one point is if I could rate the meals it would probably be about a 3/5. Not a great variety and didn't feel the preparation of the meal keeps up with everything else about the lodge."

"The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful."

"This place was truly amazing! Everyone was incredibly helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return."

"What a great find! It is a gated home with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and came with mosquito netting which was nice but not needed. The breakfasts were nice out on the patio. The upstairs honor bar was a nice place to hang out. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they neatly folded my clothes and hung up my shirts. I was embarrassed that they took it upon themselves to pick up after me. If you need a taxi service Jamel Safaris and taxis was very good. We used it...

"Great lodge. Clean. Well located. Only bad thing was the internet had a weak signal on apartment number 1. The rest was great"

"Location was fantastic breakfast was lovely staff went over and above to make our stay wonderful cheers"

"The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!"

"Just outside the main town area, small and quiet, but close to everything. Staff were super kind and helpful. Local transport for only $5 per ride. Appreciated they weren't pushing sales. Very comfy bed and pillows!"

"Hébergement correct mais sans plus , les extérieurs sont agréable , le bar est bien , avis global attention tout est très cher au Zimbabwe et rien n’est clair au niveau des prix , donc après avoir fait l’Afrique du Sud nous ne sommes pas satisfait du séjour et ne reviendrons jamais au Zimbabwe"

"I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and...

"Great place to stay. Helpful staff. Fantastic Boma drum show. Great to see animals at the waterhole while having breakfast. Easy access to town and Botswana game tours. Top marks."

"Não poderia ter escolhido melhor. O valor é justo. Milly e Munya cuidam da gente, Ursula's é um pedaço do paraíso em Victoria Falls, vi vários animais selvagens de dentro da propriedade, dentre eles girafa, zebras, macacos, impalas, lembre-se e tantos outros. Meu parabéns a todos que trabalham lá!!!Super indico!"

"A beautiful, very calming and intimate little hotel. The staff is exceptional."
