I highly recommend the safari club, exclusive to club residents only meant less people, pool was great, staff went above and beyond to meet every requirement. Peaceful and has that African feel. Food and service is excellent. Complementary shuttle around town and to the falls is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff is the true treasure of Victoria Falls Safari Club. Always kind and very attentive, you'll find yourself feeling completely at home thanks to their hospitality and kindness. The facilities are excellent and the food is deliciously fresh. There are so many wonderful activities you can book directly through the hotel, you will have everything taken care of!

This was a great hotel with beautiful views and, overall, good costumer service. The free shuttle to falls and other spots in town was very helpful as was the complimentary laundry service. There are beautiful views and many food options.

I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this one goes in my top 10! The staff are excellent with white glove treatment on everything. The ambiance is great. And it's a true VIP vacation experience throughout the stay. I've never had such a good hotel in Africa. Highly recommended!

The Victoria Safari Club is like an oasis, beautifully located and very quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The minibar was filled daily with the guest's preferred drinks :-) The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the wishes of every single guest and we felt spoilt and so well looked after. The food is delicious and the complimentary Happy Hour drinks and nibbles were a great treat. A complimentary bus is available to go to the Falls and every single staff member - from the bus drivers, cleaning staff, reception and kitchen - gives their absolute best to make it an unforgettable stay. We will certainly come back to the Club and thanks to the entire team!
