"Amazing customer service and they really cared. I asked for advice on things to do in Victoria Falls and the staff not only recommended events but set up and arranged my choices. It’s morning the middle of town but very 5 minute drive to mostly everything I wanted to do. "

"Proximity to the falls themselves is fantastic. Easy 10 min walk to falls, Lookout Cafe, several restaurants. Rooms a bit on the small side but I didn’t go to Vic Falls to hang out in my room. Nice staff. "

"While the property is a bit older, it was very clean. The bed and bedding has been updated so it was very comfortable. The blocks of rooms were spreadout over the large property so it was quite private and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially a young man named Blessing. His service was exceptional. The pool area was large. Maybe a few more sunloungers were needed."

"Had a lovely 3 night stay here in February and would return if we found ourselves in Vic Falls again. Staff were friendly and helpful, whilst the property was clean and tidy. The pool was a nice area to relax, whilst the room was great. The king size bed was huge and comfortable, whilst the aircon worked well and the room was nice and quiet. "It was a nice stay. Although, the shower pressure was not really giving it for me. Otherwise, great stay. Also, I was on my own and had breakfast for two. I was requesting if i can also have pancakes on top of my other order - the server wasn’t to keen to fulfill this reasonable request."

"This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!"

"Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. Garden area was really nice , especially watching the family of Pumbas come in each evening. Food was excellent in the restaurant & bar. Only negative would be the crowded bedroom - the bedroom itself is a good size but it’s filled wil a large armchair , huge built in wardrobes , and 2 massive bed side tables and large set of drawers/ desk & desk chair. .
