Hi Junbang, I don't understand your response. You called this morning asking for a late checkout to 1pm. I said we could not accommodate as guests were needing to check in right after you, so we needed to get the room ready. You, however, stayed in the room and were still there when the cleaning staff arrived at 10.35, knowing checkout was expected at 10 am. I called you when the cleaning staff called me saying there were still people in the room with the door open and watching TV. You said you would be gone in 2 minutes. If this is what you are reviewing as "Terrible", then our apologies, but we need to get the room ready for guests, so we could not have you there after 10 am, though you were there still at 10.35. This is unreasonable. All the best anyway.

However, we want to reassure you that we only charge this deposit in the event of significant damage to the property. We believe that it is unfair to link this issue with the matter of finding dust in your room, which was not as you had described in your feedback.We would also like to remind you that we offered to do extra dusting in your room on the day you arrived, but you declined the offer. Our rooms are conveniently on locked down, so people who want one bed can still book. If we mistakenly locked yours down and you needed three rooms, we would easily have come and unlocked them. We did need to ask on behalf of the clients in the room below you that yourselves manage the noise.. maybe this is what you didn't like. We apologise, as we only serve to try to keep everyone happy. Hi Maryke, glad you enjoyed the view and pool. Unfortunately the showers look dirty due to our hard water up here. We have just had them all professionally cleaned about 2 months ago, and it doesn't take long before they start to get calcified again. That's a shame about the unit above you making so much noise!
