The walk way to the room noticeably has poo from what I guess is the possums. I saw them at night. For hygiene wise i'd recommend the hotel to give the walk ways a clean. Pool is amazing. Staff is lovely. Breakfast was good variety, but not entirely value for $39. Car park to the room is abit of a distance, could have use some help but it did not seem to have anyone to help when I checked in. So i did two...

"The room was lovely, beautiful, smells amazing. Easy access to the pool which I loved.
The staff was amazing! Helpful, polite, prompt in resolving things - bedside lamp was not working, came to replace.
You also need to ask the staff how to connect the TV to your hotspot if you want to watch Youtube / netflix. It is not a given even though it is a smart TV. I think these information could be mentioned upfront to guests, and not wait for them to ask. The initiative would be great.
