We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it is in a very convenient location (<5 minutes from the JR station). The staff were nice and we were checked in fairly quickly. There are 4 laundry machines for this hotel to be used by the guests and we did not experience any long wait times. The only thing I was not a fan of were the pillows as they were kind of hard and not comfortable to sleep on.

Akita City is small and has many shops, restaurants, and bars in the area of Akita Ekimae (in front of Akita station). This hotel is located on Akita Ekimae, thus we can access many shops and so on easily.

It's a clean and large room. The breakfast has many choices and very good. I walled around city of Akita. Every place is nice walking distance. The staffs are very kind and knowledgeable in the area, and helped me a lot.

Not only is the hotel within walking distance of the JR station, but also a good portion of it is covered. Our family of four stayed in a Comfort Twin Room and it was very spacious in Japan's standard. There was a couch in addition to the two beds as well as a proper office desk. There are also nice touches such as a portion of the bathroom mirror being heated so it doesn't get fogged up. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk from Hakodate Stn. (Not Shin Hakodate Stn). It’s a cost effective stay with a free breakfast when I stayed. Only has one lift though. So you may have to wait to get to your floor.

Ok, this hotel is not right off the JR Station in big bright lights but its only to blocks away tucked in off a not do busy road and you can not beat the value! The front desk staff is professionals and super friendly! The woman that checked us in worked around the language barrier with a smile! The lobby is comfortable with a seating area with a fireplace. The building is safe posted registered guests only and need room card to get elevator access. You have 3 options for housekeeping which are, no cleaning, towels/garbage collection/make the bed no linen change or full daily service. On your way to your room there is a area that has all the different bath and room amenities that you could need, including unlimited coffee and tea. The rooms are in thd Japanese small category but this hotel makes use of every square inch! The details! The room is clearly geared towards the business man, with the shoe care products and trouser press. Notice how long ghe shoe horn is! Beds are comfortable, several outlets available, universal charger provided, bed light controls, glasess, mugs, kettle, small frig, bedside organizer, table top mirror, pajamas, table and chair, wall moun TV, wifi, air filter, and hot heat/freezing cold air-conditioning! The bathroom is small but has a tub! Plenty of hot water and a simple comfortable bidet. The entire building and rooms are super clean and not dated. There is a laundry room and vendng machines. Will stay here again if I visit Akita again.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and staff and serviceb were good. Wifi was great. Akita is a smaller city so many restaurants were closed but there was still a lot to do around the hotel.
