"What really made our trip special was the breakfast concierge, Betsy! She is an amazing human who made us laugh, made us feel comfortable, and helped us with every breakfast that we had during our stay! Give this woman a raise! We were there for 3 nights and every breakfast we looked forward to just so we could talk to Betsy! She gave us suggestions on places to go and made us feel like we were her family! "The Staff were kind and clearly take pride in offering wonderful hospitality services. The first night, I called to say we were delayed for check-in and Nick was so so gracious in the phone - he has both a wonderful tone for customer service and a genuine care for helping guests. I'd gladly stay there again! I misunderstood something about the pool, and I'm embarrassed that I missed the sign - I always try to follow rules/requests (unless absolutely absurd, of course) and I didn't realize it until later. No one came and berated me for breakibg the pool rules and I appreciate the hours of the amenities offered at the hotel. We had a great stay, very cozy and comfortable beds, and we will definitely stay there again if we return to the area again."
