"The cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. There’s an overwhelming smell that greets you as soon as you enter the building that sets the standard for the cleanliness of the rest of the stay that is to come:The linens from the towels to the sheets had stains throughout. "As this was a budget, one-night stay, our expectations weren’t high. The older building, musty smells, etc. were expected. However, the lack of customer service and basic amenities was disappointing. TV did not work without staff resetting it. Sheets were clean but had red stains. We were only given one room key and two towels for family of five people (and yes, we were upcharged for our fifth person, our third child). No plug for the bathtub eliminated a bath as an option. "The rooms look like they’ve been recently remodeled and are very nice! They are spacious, clean, and the bathrooms are beautiful. The free breakfast was delicious too! All of the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean. The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am.
