"Best hotel in Malta"

"We had a lovely stay and would recommend this property. The only issue we had was that our pre-arranged hotel transfer was not actually arranged. The hotel did not confirm that booking, so we ended up using the taxi stand, which was fine. You are a bit outside of the main areas in Malta, but it was a lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the restaurants around the hotel too. Great views at breakfast! Nice, quiet rooms with comfortable beds! We loved the partial sea view."

"Wir waren bereits vor vier Jahren in diesem Hotel und hatten es sehr positiv in Erinnerung. Deshalb waren wir dieses Mal leider etwas enttäuscht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Als wir ankamen, war unser Zimmer leider nicht sauber, aber das Team hat sofort reagiert und alles gründlich gereinigt. "Parfait très bon emplacement"

"The property location was great for the money. Rooms had enough apartment utensils to allow you to survive weeks. However, the beds where not great. I got two little twin beds side by side, which i wouldve hoped was at least the same feel, but one was dripping and the other one was just straight hard. That would be my only reco. Also, they do not have towels for beach/pool. So bring your own."

"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance....

"Air con wasn’t great"

"Super challenging to find, signage is tiny and was a difficult place to locate. No clear directions on how to find the place or signage. Overall, place was spacious, clean and had everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Lots of noise from delivery staff that hang out on the front steps and just outside this place smoking pot and other vapes. Other guests a noisy and no consideration for other guests. Parking, is a rough process as it is only street parking and it's based on luck and...

"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "We stayed at XVI Suites from 4–10 April and booked this hotel specifically because the pool was advertised as being open from April to October. Unfortunately, on arrival we were informed that the pool would not open until the end of April. When I pointed out that Expedia clearly stated it would be open from the beginning of April, I was simply told that the information was incorrect. After several excuses like ‘it had rained’ there was still no resolution or acknowledgment of the inconvenience...

"Duschvorhang eckig, brause undicht, kleiner tv, dafür super Frühstück"

"Klimaanlage war zeitgesteuert, keine Fernbedienung dazu - schade. Frühstück ist okay, auch wenn ein Wechsel im Angebot nach einer Woche schön gewesen wäre. Sonst alles prima, sehr nettes Personal."
