"Everything is excellent including food and having multiple options of restaurants especially. Getting invoice from hotel is difficult if booked via others applications like hotels.com. Connecting with hotel is difficult as phone number not working and email takes lot of time for responding."

"Hotel was lovely & clean, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was a good with lots of choice. Cocktails were lovely & great to have during happy hour! We had a Seaview room which was very spacious, beds were pretty comfy, nice hot shower, plenty of storage in the room. Coffee machine & also a kettle, fridge & a large bottle water was provided foc. We tried the spa, but was disappointed, as the pool was not very warm & the steam room was unbearable to sit in, as it was so hot. So that only left the sauna to use. The only other criticism I have was the room we had was on the 2nd floor above the restaurant & it was so noisey with chairs scrapping, etc & outside was very noisy with the bats & people, so if you like it quiet, don’t have a Seaview room! All in all a very nice hotel & such friendly people in Malta. 😊 "
