"We chose to stay at the Hyatt for a special birthday coupled with a much needed break. We enjoyed a pleasant welcome and most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The team went above and beyond to recognise the birthday and it made the stay even more special. "Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open. Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but...
