"The property was great. Pool was awesome with towels and lounge chair with umbrellas. They are first come but we were always able to find one. They do have an outdoor fireplace with seating, but it’s summer so of course no fire. The seats were still great though very comfortable.The entrance was a little hard to find but thank goodness for gps. The staff was very friendly and the willingness to help with anything was definitely appreciated. Breakfast was great with a few hiccups but once again...

"This review is based on two seniors stay during the week. We liked and needed the location to be right on the beach as we are both old and not walking well. Access to the beach and pool were great. Parking was convenient with baggage carts available to move luggage. The staff was attentive and check-in went smoothly. Our room keys worked well for the 4 nights stayed. The room was a little tight, but after putting our luggage away we managed moving around well. It was just my wife and myself....

"The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel."

"Check in was a breeze, parking was easy and convenient. Room was fabulous overlooking the marina and included a roomy balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh."

"The rooms here are beautiful, but the MOST uncomfortable I've ever experienced for a place charging these prices. The bed is extremely hard & after sleeping just a few hours, I woke in extreme pain. I explained what happened & asked if they had any mattress toppers or anything to help - they said no. I asked if all the rooms have the same beds, because 4 more nights of this is going to be excruciating - they said they are all the same. They did not offer any solutions, no extra pillows, blankets...

"My room was very disturbing to me when I opened up the drawers to spray In the drawers, in the third drawer, there were some human underwears like man's. Then I called the front desk and she came and got them. I continued to spray the bathroom, there was a bar of soap in the shower that had been USED!!!!!!! My HEART was very upset and my sister took it up to the front desk. Next day as I was getting out of the shower, the toilet had urine around the bottom of it and my sister took a picture of...
