"The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room. Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes. Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For as much as we paid for a suite, I do not think I would book again. First night of our stay, we could hear the neighbors coughing. The next night, a dog kept barking so the sounds do travel from room to room, keep in mind. This is not a representation of the staff though. They were quick to fix our reservation issues and were very professional and friendly. The facilities could definitely use some repairs though, and there needs to be some sort of organization between the hotel and Expedia."

"When I arrived the staff was nice enough to allow me to check in early. Which I was so grateful for. Once I entered the room to check out the quality and the cleanliness of the room, I noticed that the linens were stained(badly). I reported it to the front desk staff and it was instantly taken care of. They came in and changed the linens without issue. Only other issue was the side door. It’s not secured. When you enter or exit, you must pull the door close are it will remain open. "

"The motel is pretty dated. You sure can’t beat the location though. Ac worked good. Parking was good. Beds were comfy. Semi cleaned daily. Overall good location if the trip is to be at the beach. Good central location. "

"On 4th floor very bad sewer smell. After requesting new set of sheets, no response. Room not cleaned."

"The condo was fine. A little beaten up, but that is what happens with rentals. Toilets are very old, and very short. View was wonderful! Getting around to restaurants, groceries was really easy from this location. "
