"1st room sink handle came off in my hand, floor & bathroom soiled. Switched to 2nd room, floor soiled worse, bathtub had thick ring of semi hardened bioscum, had no towels, etc. Third room cleaned and equipped, but had unattached lower wall trim laying on the floor unrepaired. Day main Manager MUCH more responsive than evening staff."
"I called an booked this room myself because I didn't receive a email to confirm. After my visit, the hotel that Expedia showed me first, 29 miles away from my destination, charged me $58.50. Plus an overdraft of $36.00. I am disappointed and will never use Expedia ever again! But the hotel in Bessemer was very nice and everyone was helpful. But Expedia didn't help me book it!"
"Made a pay later reservation on a third party website, show up day of, & when I get to the desk, the attendant asks if I paid in advance. I reply no & she follows with ‘well we have no more rooms available’. While I’m aware its not her fault, her attitude was snarky from the get go. No apology, no explanation as to why, no anything. I had a follow-up question about being charged regardless & she acted like I should already know the answer. TERRIBLE customer service."
