"My stay was great. The hotel staff does everything in their power to make sure they solve every issue you may have, as little as it may be. They always are willing to listen and never drop the ball. My wife and one of my kids cannot eat gluten, and they did everything they could to make sure they had safe food every time, and accomodated to the different meals we asked for them every day. Hotel's really clean, I see they put a lot of effort in keeping it that way. As for kids, the hotel has lots...

"Nossa segunda estadia no hotel. Quarto amplo e confortåvel, um bom café da manhã. Piso dentro do box escorregadio, precisamos usar uma sandålia de borracha. Achamos descabido cobrar aluguel caso quiséssemos usar o cofre, nunca vi isso em nenhum dos hotéis que costumamos nos hospedar. Presenciamos pessoas escorregando no piso externo, foi necessårio estenderem algumas toalhas de banho pra evitar acidentes. Funcionårios gentis e prestativos. "
