"Overall this is a pretty good hotel. Highlights are the included breakfast to order, the 24 hour on site Cafe which is complimentary, and the very helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and tastefully decorated. The room and bed were very comfortable. The downsides included a very small, impractical gym (which some may not care about) and TERRIBLE wifi. I'm not sure if it was just the room we were in or if it's a common issue but we had to switch to data to use our mobiles and doing...

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"Quise comprar mi estancia el fin de semana y según yo tenia apartado esas fechas, pero quise asegurarme de ver la posibilidad de un seguro para cancelación y en lo que apreté el botón y quite la confirmación pues no aseguraba la cancelación en caso de no ir, la app me cambio las fechas y me puso el día de la compra. "This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."
