Good breakfast. Nice staff. I did, however, have to call to get an extra trash can and toilet paper. It was like when they cleaned before we came in they forgot to restock or put them back. Other than that it was nice.

The Lodge at Cloudcroft
The room was beautifully decorated, large, and very comfortable. Lunch was excellent at the bar I look forward to returning to this beautiful and serene sanctuary on top of the mountains!

I did not feel safe. I couldn’t stay. When arriving at the hotel, I was already checked in by staff. I didn’t need to show ID or my cc. The staff just went off by my name. I thought that was weird. Helpful staff, good sized room, the most comfortable pull out couch mattress ever! The hotel has loaner sleds to sled down the dunes at White Sands. Convenient location.
