The bad: pool closed with 1 ft green water and yellow tape, semi clean bathroom, unusable coffee maker with square pods for a round container, microwave turnstile not working, wires hanging from ceiling, needs paint job. Lots of street/homeless in area, no outdoor area, building needs updating outside dirty."

The room was extremely dusty, with visible dust on nearly all surfaces.
