"This did have basic service that you would expect with a 3 star hotel. We were a party of 6, with 3 rooms reserved for 3 nights. Granted, we were some of the last visitors for the season, just prior to closure, but I literally had to go begging coffee refills for the mornings, and the tea was not replenished. "Great communication with the owner but poor communication on Expedia's part. I spoke with the owner and it seems they have been having issues with Expedia. I didn't receive my room code after completing the online pre registration process but after calling the owner of the property he was able to solve the issue after I sent proof of the registration agreement. The room was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a few night stay. Would recommend and go back."

"First, this was a last minute reservations during the peak season. It is primarily an RV Park (a large one) and I had a room. The noise from the RVs were limited primarily in the mornings.
