"The room, the bathroom and the kitchen were great. It has dishwasher too. The slight issue is the water from the shower is not fully flown, not so much coming out. We don't know if this is because of water efficiency or the setting is not right. The breakfast is good, but we went there for 6 days and some of the food are cold, don't know why. The only one has the correct temperature is the hash brown/potatoes. The chicken sausages, pork sausages, the vegan steak and the scramble eggs are always...

"Beautiful property and room. A little tricky to get in/out with Centre St. closed and cars plugging up the drop-off area, but with a little patience that was OK. Staff were great. Didn't realize it was part of the +15 which made it great to go across to the Telus Convention Centre in seconds."

"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go. Rooms are very clean and modern. There was some construction happening outside and in a few rooms on my floor but it was not all disruptive. Would stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking."
