"We have stayed at the Podollan many times throughout the past years. This was our worst experience. It started with an inattentive front desk person at check in and the front lobby that was freezing because the doors didn’t close. The doors were still open in the morning. When we got to the room, the bathroom sink was completely plugged and did not drain overnight. The shower door was almost falling off.
