"Despite the exterior of the building looking somewhat old, the rooms have been renovated and updated. I've stayed here 5-6 times over the last year. The rooms are clean, cozy and well kept. Beds are comfortable with clean bedding, always. Nice, large flatscreen TV's. Rooms have WiFi and air conditioners. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The owner even remembered me from a previous stay, seven months ago. Rates are reasonable, and the Korean food next door at the Halyu Restaurant is...

"The hotel charged us more than what was on the site, also charged us a deposit which we didn't know about either. The place was clean and not to bad. We tried explaining what we saw and showed them and they, just gave excuses."

"The room was ok beside crack and holes in the drywall. A/C kind of worked. The staff was rude while checking in and when checking out had to wait 30min for some one to come let me in at 8AM and to get my damage back he was just rude about it not very professional about it. IF i ever come back to Grande prairie i wont be staying there."
