"This was an amazing hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. There is complementary champagne when you arrive, the mini bar is feee and is replenished each day, and they have an amazing breakfast that is included with your stay. We did not realize the hotel also has shuttle service from the airport as well. I would come back and stay here again"

"The room was nice, the amenities were also nice and the hotel location is very good. I almost never complain about stuff, but I had a situation with someone from the hotel staff that entered my room without knocking while I was naked in my room, and that wasn’t nice. So in general, the hotel was very good but that situation alone was enough for me to feel I did not have a great experience there."

"Lovely hotel wonderful in all aspects but breakfast was never hot enough in terms of temperature. Scrambled eggs were not hot enough by the time they got to the table and my husband's muffin was burnt. please can you improve the way you heat water for tea, it just wasn't hot enough."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...
