"This hotel is a straight 10. Even great hotels usually have a small niggle but I can honestly say we found no fault whatsoever with this excellent hotel. In a great location on the main street you are greeted warmly upon arrival. Indeed all the staff are friendly and efficient. It is quite a large hotel, much bigger than it might appear from the outside. Our room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom with a huge and extremely comfortable bed. "Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (best thing about the place). The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife. Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements."
