"I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. "Very clean facility and friendly staff. Coffee machines dispense fresh ground coffee and was perfect; not like the often very week coffee you find at other hotels. "

"The pool was empty and we were not informed. The room was a very tight fit simply opening the door."

"Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. "

"The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet."
