Dikirim pada 25 Sep 2019 di HotelsEn séminaire pour trois jours et pour la première fois au Portugal, j'ai été profondément déçu par cet hôtel, pas de WIFI dans les chambres (uniquement à l'accueil) serviettes de toilette trouées, restauration plus que moyenne, cocktails horribles, personnels dans l'ensemble tristes et peu agréables, ce qui s'explique au vue du directeur anti-commercial, qui nous a coupé les vivres et mit dehors alors que nous avions chanté une petite chanson en fin de service restaurant pourtant personnels et une dizaine de clients ont pour une fois eu un peu d'ambiance... Menace d'appeler la police, plus de boissons, pas de dessert ni café, nous étions tout de même plus de 70. De plus cet hôtel n'est pas adapté pour des enfants en bas âge et les personnes à mobilité réduite et mériterais un bon rafraîchissement, mauvais rapport qualité prix en cette période. Des mouettes à foison qui n'hésite pas à piquer la nourriture des clients autour de la piscine. Seul point positif vue mer dans toutes les chambres. Bel endroit, mais ne choisissez pas cet hôtel !

No dancing bar as advertised due to renovations, which meant we couldn’t get a seat inside to watch the entertainment as it was too full. No drinks available between 10-11, then drinks were only available down the many many many stairs by the pool. No entertainment board by pool, entertainment frequently didn’t start on time. Friendly reps, not so friendly reception staff. Great games available. Pool good but mostly a deep pool, not much shallow end for Non swimmers or hand rails round sides of pool. Food lower than average for an all inclusive (and we don’t expect much). Great free shuttle bus to albufeira and amazing location

It was a one night stay. Staff were very nice and beds very comfortable but this is an old hotel. We got very little sleep as to shut the door you had to bang it and all night long all I heard was doors banging. Pillows were also terrible. Breakfast was good and it’s close to the beach

HORRIBLE HOTEL- NO SERVICE. Staff refuses to help with WiFi issues. Food is bad. We paid for all inclusive but there was a charge for drinks in lobby bar. WiFi only works in lobby. Computer center totally out of service. Maid refused to give more than 2 towels per room per day. No pool/beach towels

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, wird derzeit jedoch stückweise renoviert, was auch dringend notwendig ist.
Wir hatten ein noch nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Das Zimmer und der Blick auf das Meer waren super, obwohl wir keinen Meerblick gebucht hatten.
Lediglich das Bad muss dringend repariert werden. Das Bad müsste dringend repariert werden. Unter anderem gab es einen lockeren Abfluss aus dem am ersten Abend eine Kakerlake krabbelte. Wir haben Flaschen darauf gelegt um den Abfluss zu befestigen und so wieder zu verschließen.
Der Pool und der Zugang zum Meer sind perfekt.
Wir haben lediglich das Frühstück gebucht gehabt. Davon waren wir aufgrund der billigen Qualität nicht begeistert.
Was uns bei den All-Inklusive Gästen aufgefallen ist, war die massive Müllproduktion aufgrund von Einweg Plastik-Bechern, -Tellern und - Besteck
