The property is off the beaten path, not close to the beach, restaurants or anything. The property was in poor condition, states toiletries are provided, the only thing provided was soap and toilet paper. No hot water, no notice, and when we came back to the room the second day the door was wide open, "staff was rude, she stated that how would she know that the door was open she doesn't go up to the rooms, when I asked to speak to a manager she said she would send someone up, no one came, I went down the next morning let the front desk know again that no one came and they made arrangements for 9 am, again no one came. Wouldn't recommend and first hotel through expedia that I was extremely disappointed in.

Apartment needs total renovation accommodation staff good at there job friendly.

The hotel it self was pretty nice but the staff was shockingly bad. Didnt want to help with anything and extremely rude. The lift was broken the pool wasnt open, there was 1 hair dryer to use between all rooms.

J'ai réserve. La réservation a été confirmé. Quand je suis arrivé, l'hôtel était fermé.

10 min walk to beach 15 min walk to town ideal situated will go back next year to same hotel

Apartamentos a acusar a idade, mas funcionais, limpeza diária e constante dos espaços , empregados simpáticos e disponíveis. Partilha espaços e serviços com o Balaia plaza mesmo ao lado. Piscinas exteriores agradaveis e relaxantes. Acesso à praia de Santa Eulália via falésia da aldeia dos Pingaretes mesmo ao lado. Existencia de alguns mini mercados ao lado, mas a deslocação ao Intermarché ou outro supermercado do género vale a pena. Não é muito longe da zona animada da Oura.

Large balcony, great kitchen facilities and fantastic shower! Bed very firm. Lack of cleaning utensils in kitchen and dissapointing the pigeon mess wasn’t regularly cleaned on the large balcony.
