Pleasent stay

We had a 2 night stay at this hotel . The hotel was very nice and our room (junior suite) was very comfrotable and well fitted out. Breakfast, snack lunch and dinner were all good . The only issue we had was the noise from the entertainment. We were above the entertainment area and it was very noisey. We had to leave before 6.0am to catch an early flight and couldn't get to sleep. I think the hotel should ask if you are someone who the entertainment noise would affect. Many guests attended the entertainment and so it would not have affected them but it did mar our stay.

A lovely hotel with friendly hard working staff. The only negatives would be that people are up early to reserve sunbeds. The beds in the room seem to be the memory foam mattresses which did not help my back The age range was 50+, however, it did make it a friendly atmosphere and everyone said hello. Quite a few shops and restaurants also within walking distance.

Regarding the sunbeds, we are always informing to the guests to do not book the sunbeds but sometimes it's quite difficult to avoid this situation. We take your note and we will work in the best way to avoid more this situation. All our beds have a topper over the mattress. Usually the topper makes the bed softer. If this was uncomfortable for you, you must have informed the front desk at the time and we would have removed the topper without problem. We are here to provide to our guests the most pleasent stay. I absolutely loved the bed...most comfortable bed ever! Rooms were spotless and staff were so helpful.
